Kickboxing and Bladetech

Kickboxing for everyone.

 Nothing beats kickboxing for a total body work out. Kickboxing is most effective body toning, fat burning, butt tightening, stress relieve and street lethal total body workout in town. Don’t worry about a loosing an arm or a leg when you train with us. Our qualified instructors will guide you step by step to reach your goal. These instructors are personally trained and groomed by Kru Jak Othman himself. They are Kickboxing national record holders.  ( group focus pads drills, shields )

 You will be taught basic techniques and principles first before concentrating on keeping fit through kickboxing drills. The first two phases of our system is call Fitness boxing & Fitness kickboxing, this will take approximately 90 hours to complete. In addition to the boxing and kicking boxing drills, female members are taught self defense techniques and awareness in rape prevention program.

In Phase 3, the members are taught Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and concentrate solely on fighting techniques via combat drills and safe sparring sessions. Muay Thai ( Thai boxing ) taught here is based on the ancient art of Muay Boran ( ancient Thai arts).  ( thai pads training, shin blocks  ). 

Phase 4 -members are taught  combat kickboxing. In this phase members are taught combat techniques and strategies to handle multiple  opponent, close range blades and firearms defenses. (Knife defense )      

Bladetech ( Blade technology) -

A modern day blade combat technology inspired by warriors of by gone days.

Bladetech is founded by Guru/ Kru Jak Othman~ Malaysia’s International renowned combat blades expert. Drawing from ancient blade arts of South East Asia, he formulated a modern day combat technology devise to handle today’s blade attack and threatening situations.  

This course will cover combat knives fighting and throwing as the base training program. Other blade arts which later will be taught will be the Kerambit (karambit) , parang ( machete ) , sundang ( sword ) , tekpi ( Iron truncheon ) and Sabit (sickle).
